Filter by Record Field Data on Aggregated Custom Field

I've run into situations where I'd like to create a custom record field using the aggregation of related records, but I need to filter based on a data point on the base record. We can't do that so I had to resort back to a database view for that use case. A same-concept example would be: Aggregate the related record data for a custom field where the created datetime on the related fields is after the created datetime on the main record
