Design Library: App-specific whitelist

When I added a few of my custom components to the Design Library in my existing Dev environment, what I found when I tried to use the design library was almost immediately an unimaginable mess. In addition to the new app I created called "Design Library Components", the "design library" pane showed all several dozen apps that any of these components had been added to - comprising various ticket-specific, monthly hotfix package, cleanup app packages, as well as the "main" Application packages. Really we should be able to optionally pick among just a few to show up there.
