Site or system wide defaults for chart colours and card layout shapes

When you are developing reports and you need to brand colours of the charts you have to manually set the chart colours for each chart. What would be good is to be able to configure these at both a site and system level and then all charts including in process hq to take the default colours.

Also cards should default their shape from the shape setting on sites. Having to remember to put a shape on every card when you need rounded or semi rounded is just additional work and someone also forgets!
