Update Paging Grid to add data row context at a whole-row level

Sometimes data transforms or other calculations need to be made on a row level for display reasons, but it gets tedious to re-do these for each individual column since "fv!row" is only available at a column level.

Not sure the technical feasibility of this or what the exact structure would be, but it would be great of "fv!row" or equivalent was available anywhere in the "columns" parameter so that different columns could share among row-level local variable declarations.
