Instance Editor - enable correct behavior of "Save" hotkey

Save Hotkey = CTRL+S

in the model editor, this saves (draft). in the instance editor, by contrast, it uselessly attempts to open the "save this webpage" in-browser functionality, forcing the editor of the instance to manually click the "save" icon.
