Process HQ Library — Advanced Filtering: Filter by Dataset, Tag, and Shared-With User

Current state (26.3):
The Process HQ Home page Library toolbar lets you filter reports and dashboards by Type, Last Modified date, Last Modified By, and Created By Me. That's it.
The problem:
In any real enterprise environment, the Library fills up fast — dozens of reports created by multiple teams across multiple business domains. The current filters are purely administrative (who made it, when). There's no way to filter by:
Which dataset/record type the report is built on
Reports shared with me vs. reports I own
Custom tags or categories (e.g., "Finance", "Clinical Ops", "SLA Monitoring")
Dashboard vs. standalone report within a single filtered view
What we need:
A "Dataset" filter — show only reports built on a specific record type (e.g., all reports using the "Patient Cases" dataset)
A "Shared With Me" filter tab alongside "All" and "Favorites"
User-defined tags on reports/dashboards, with tag-based filtering in the Library toolbar — similar to how Appian Designer lets you tag objects
Real-world scenario:
I have 40+ reports in Process HQ across three business domains. Every time I open Process HQ, I scroll through all of them to find the three I need. A dataset filter or tagging system would cut navigation time by 80%.
