Web API component needs to be updated to display local variable values (like in Expression Rules)

Currently there's no easy way to verify that local variables in a Web API object's body are evaluating correctly for the purposes of debugging. We've had this feature in the Expression Rule editor for years now, and it should be functionally equivalent to show the exact same output in the Web API editor window.
