Export DSE to Excel node needs to be updated to be usable at all

In short: without the ability to pass in a "base template" (like CDT to Excel and SQL to Excel had), providing pre-set column names, formatting, widths, etc, this node is useless to me in any current use case I may have. Other issues include inability to pass in a sorting configuration (another major miss), and the lack of any ability to do any process-side data transformation before the data is populated on the excel. An easy example of this final one would be needing specific date formats to be applied to DB-sourced dates prior to generation.
