Debug interface rule inputs groups

When we have to debug an interface - that we have not been involved in the build - sometimes it is difficult to get the interface to run if we have say 20 or so rule inputs. Ideally if we are looking at the interface in design mode we would have a driving key to make it work. For example the primary key of a record. ProjectId. It would be good to be able to group the test values if the rule inputs so the dev knows which ones are the driving for the interface to make it load.
