Improve Compare & Deploy Experience

Feels very sluggish overall, it used to be much quicker. Unit tests are slow to run. Unit tests show as outdated when you ran them a moment ago during previous deployment. Initial import of an App is very hit or miss. There needs to be more validation around missing or invalid environment variables (connected systems connectivity)
